They [the fries] sometimes lean over and lie on one side.Is that normal of them ? I have a feeling they are too weak to balance themselves. What should I do ?

Betta frys do NOT eat liquifry. Suggest feeding small LIVE daphnia immediately. You might not have enough time to hatch baby brine shrimp.
As a rule, betta frys do not eat non-moving food (this means that frozen daphnia is out till they are >1cm big)

hey i got totally pissed off when new breeders who are internet savvy are totally ignorant on rearing fries and spawning and ask totally ignorant questions. i mean the internet is brimming with great infomation but they dun bother to check and expect some fries to grow up in someways to become adult betta.
liquidffry is still ok i have heard worse....this guy he put the fries in the sun....coz he dunno what to feed, maybe he thinks his fries photosynthesis.
sometimes the human being is so amazing...
yr stand?
hey yr white line how now?
my op blue, op white all cross here cross there man....hehe...

Don't jump on Ice-Dragon. Sometimes there is just too much info on the internet. Some are great, some are lousy advice. We just don't know what to believe when you are a beginner.
I remember when I had my 1st spawn, read a lot of articles and got the impression that microworms are great fry food. What a mistake! Lots of Ext red CTs turned out deformed because of feeding microworms. Really heart pain.
There are still lots of sites saying that liquifry is a great fry food (which is not the case)
My whites are OK. No fish to outcross to, probably go into an F3 generation soon as I have quite an excellent pair from the F2 spawn.
Also might decide to give up whites and concentrate on reds and yellows

Baby brine shrimp is the ideal food or live daphnia provided u know where to get.
LFS that sell live daphnia
1 AMK ave 4 Lam Hong
2 Tiong Baruh market LFS
3 Lor Halus 35F & one more farm near that area
4 C328
You can call them first before you drop by but pls don't buy too many packets at one time cos they can't last for few days & it's stinko.
BBS
Just buy the eggs & hatch yourself..DIY
