How about female CT?

been there last saturday. quality- very good for a 2 dollars fish. but i like your lh , cheap and nice. since many so called expert here cant tell how to see a nice lh,which i posted at one of the thread, i just follow my eyes vision lah.hahahaha! till now those expert tickles my balls lah, keep on saying "wah nice fish", but dont know what so nice.:confused:

ur place near the yishun mrt bcoz dun really noe where the shop is.

anyone interested in spawning should get a female which is identical in color at least to prevent havign fries that are rojak in color. same tail type too.

anyway just to let ppl know, i have come across many who said they wanted to try out spawning with cheap fish first.

but if you have read up enough thru the net, you would be capable of taking care of fries.
therefore dun need to try on cheap fish coz its the fish that is spawningwhther you are first timer or not.

a bad thing about spawning cheap fish is that you may find it difficult to sell or handle the fries. that is always the problem.
so getting a viel tail or plakat to spawn may not be the best move for a newbie coz you dun want to end up pouring the fries down the toilet bowl coz they are too much to handle when they grow up coz each fry need to be jar.

regardless of a cheap or expensive fish, you may find different quality.

for breeding and selling purposes you should choose a pair with pure colors.

for ornamental purposes a multicolor betta is nice.

quality of ct depends on the width and length of ray, wider tail and longer ray are preferred.

its normal that the rays of the crowntail curl up in the waters from HDB.
best way to maintain the rays is to give it regular flaring, water change, dechlorinator/dechloraminator (hah) and big tank.

also watch out for finrot in ct.

This friday coming in another 500 pcs of crowntail bettas.. So faster go and grab.. $2 is a definitely good buy.
