Hi,

I have a betta that is always lying at the bottom of the tank, it does not flare and also have problem getting food from the surface of the water, something like short sighted and cannot aim properly, anybody come across this symtoms?. Is there any general medicine that I can try to cure whatever problem I can't see?

does it have a blotted tummy..
is it old already?
Is there loss of colouration.
any clamp fins? Possible velvet?

Just change water and use some black water extract or ketapang leaves first.

Maybe it could just be age. I have bettas that are like that and pass away peacefully one day...

it's supposed to be a baby betta when i bought it about 1 month ago.....another thing is that some times it's almost vertical in the water and the back seems to be heavier most of the time....color still very red and for clamp fin, I don't know how to tell....any tips?..

anti internal bacteria......and ketapang leaves. i tried for quite some time but it might not work for all betta but that is the only thing you can use now i think

or maybe jap yellow powder.

alternatively you can contact exoticbetta personally he say he is expert but doesnt give advice sparingly. only if you write personally to him
