Scale Rotting

Hello Can someone please help me. My RTG has scales that are rotting. Its not growing back but getting worse. At first the back scales start rotting like something keep eating the scales. Now the front is the same too What should I do?

Need more information: description on the symptom, duration, tank parameters etc. Mine is recovering with 82F and 3% salt. And removed all the tank mate. Good luck.
