this is my red that jumped out of my tank and onto the floor...

can see the tail fin is torn from top down...

any advice ?

sorry man, can't see much, but yes, it doesn't look like too bad from here.

i would leave it alone, try to get it's appetite back to norm, feed it nutritious stuff.

Also, change 40% of the water, n keep monitoring water parameters......siphon out the shit on the bottom of the tank too bro:)

is your filter working ok?? u won't know till u check parameters.

and perhaps add some aquarium salt ( 1 generous tablespoon per 10L).

N if u want to do extra, get a bottle of melafix n follow the instructions....
