Velvet on arowana

I need help. I am seeing "spider wed" like thinggy on my 4" RTG. Is this Velvet?? I am adding the "Ocean Free Velvet away" - Blue solution into my tank with heater at 30 deg. Is this sufficient? Not suppose to feed the fish correct? But for how long. Has been medicating him since Wed.

My SR is also having the same thing on his tail is morning but they are in different tank. How come so contagaious?? :confused: Please help.

Velvet looks like white dust. Some ppl mistook it 4 Ich. Yr "spider web" prob doesn't fit the description 4 velvet. However it does fit the description 4 slime disease caused by fungus. Try medication wif methylene blue or malachite green.
