What other food can feed LH

I have been giving my fishes pellets from Kao Luo. Effect is good. But I scared they get bored of eating pellets.
Anyother suggestions to make them healthy and beautiful. Some people tell me to give frogs, small prawns, fishes, super worms, meal worms etc etc.
All suggestions will be appreciated.

bloodworm try to buy those bigger 1.. like oceanfree, A1..
or can buy other types of pellet lo.. powerhorn, oceanfree humpy head XO pellet etc.. each brand have different kind of protein etc.. so feed a few type is reccommended.

My fish loves eating Kao Luo pellets. They cannot get enough of it. I think I will try market prawns, is it those prawns we buy for eating? Is it buy them and cut them into smaller pieces and feed it to the fishes? Whats the benefit of giving such food?

I have tried salmon. Some like it but some don't. But my ornate bichir just simply loves salmon, can eat until pui pui!

As for me i feed my fish with frozen bloodworm Junko brand $4.30 one dozen and headhuncher pellet . $12.80 can last me 2mth. That all. the fish is safe and healthy free of disease:) cheap cheap

Once I had this red fighting fish. Kept inside the filtered tank compartment for IOS. Due shifting I thot of juz put inside together with my A7. Sincerely thought that my Chiki won't eat it since never I know LH eats fighting fish. But once I placed inside together with Chiki...suddenly the bugger wallup it up lah..leaving not a single strain of hair...Jialat. I start to imagine things like my LH will fall sick and so forth but nothing happens except it's body turns slightly black for a while. So morale of story - think it will eat almost anything inside...hehehe!!
