Which Canister ?

Hey Guys!! Im back to fish keeping!

Been 2 years since i have stopped fish keeping and a recent burst of poison when my colleauge who is new to this hobby keeps asking me question about fishes. hahaha

So as you all know i am a little rusty! and i have Downgraded a lot from my past collections 4ft, 5ft, 6ft... Now im starting with a 3ft!

Should is go for the
Ocean free hydra Filtron 1500 canister
EHEIM ecco pro 300
Fluval which i have not recce yet.

2 eheim echo pro... maintenance do alternate so no fear of sudden disruption to BB in the canisters.

306 should be enough for 3*1.5*1.5. I use 406 on a 3*1.8*1.8. There are many cheap canister for sale in carousell.

Once upon a time when I was using canister...

I was looking really hard at Fluval FX5 coz of the flowrate and how it seem much easier maintain compared to the eheim i was using at tat point of time.

Den my tank crashed and almost all my fishes died and i needed to move and I stopped at that.

There is one with still 6 months guarantee for sale at $100 a few days ago. Fluval canister just need to be sure when on do not pump the canister and make sure do not forget to turn on the flow handle. If not the impeller will break and cost $28 to replace.
