Like to sit at the bottom? Pic provided

Hi there.. I have a pair of oranda with other type of gf in my tank.. Few days ago, I realize that one of my Orandas always like to sit at the bottom of the tank. He is till active when I get close and I did see him swimming around. But he just sit at the bottom of the tank more often than another Oranda and also other gfs.
Is he fine or is it symptoms of getting sick? Or is it the environment does not suit him?

Pics as below:

The fish may be sick...monitor its condition closely to try and find out what is wrong.

May also be swim bladder issue.
