I am the only company of Brazil that quarantine the Wild discus.
We have ourselves a branch in Santarem, there we received the discus of several areas and we make a pre initial selection and quarantine to discard the discus without quality.

after 5 days in Santarem the discus are sent for a rigid quarantine in the my company in Fortaleza in the Northeast of Brazil, here we began a treatment to eliminate the possible parasites and external vectors of diseases, using a medication specifies for external parasites and a lot of water change .
after 15 days we began the medication to eliminate internal parasites, specific medicines are supplied in the feeding and in the water, after 40 days the discus are clean and adapted the feeding with flakes and granulated with 50% of high protein, artemias, and fresh beef and some alive insects larvas .

we guaranteed the best quality.
our packing process is differentiated and we got to send requests for countries with a long distances to transport, Japan, china, taiwan, Hong kong, Thailand and other, above 48 to 60 hours of transit time. with very low D.O.A ( correct bags size , corect water fisic. quimic. paramiters , and correct temperature )

we stay regular stocks even July, teh new season start in September to October again , but dependes the Rain season too.

I think everyone who saw the last batch can testify how healthy and thick the discus were from day 1 - a stark contrast to the skinny, sick and unhappy discus we usually see from other wild imports. Those exporters can't wait to get rid of the discus and "pass the buck" on fish deaths to the middlemen or the hobbyists.
