Aro down with dropsy?

This morning woke up and found my GH looking strange. Boths its face plate are very bloated.
Need to diagnose properly before treatment. Is this dropsy?
Thanks

:(
Now dosing multicure and Epsom salt. Hoping for the best. Damn thing I am sick too.....

last time my one also ganna 20% scale open (not v serious level yet)
ganna due to bad water,
using a single canister on 5 ft. 2-3 weeks no wc

WC 40%, then
straight away heavy dose of normal aquarium salt
on heater to 32-34
and dose multicure.
no feeding.

3 days later close up nicely,
then WC 30% , add salt and multicure. heater still on

another 3 days later (normally all good then i reduce salt/medication)
WC 30% , add multicure, no additional salt. off heater

then another week later
wc 30% , stop medication.

better act fast !

now i make sure i change water 40% weekly
so fast no issue at all liao

I have been doing twice weekly 50% change of water for the past 2 months due to increase no. of tank mates.
Guess that is not enough!

The rest are ok and eating well though. Only problem with this GH is it is not eating for the past 2 weeks as I had stopped feeding live food. It is the only aro which is stubbornly refusing to take MP/blood worm/beef heart/pork/chicken.

Just hoping the dropsy don't spread. :(

If it is dropsy, within 2 days will be gone. It is not dropsy but because your bioload too high and the media can't cope.

Put lots of salt and on heater to 32 degree. I am not so sure how would you be able to cultivate bb by putting it into the toyogo box, but you might want to consider putting in two sponge filter and pump more air so the bb can cultivate faster to help fight the disease.

Bro, hope your aro recovers soon

Quick question - did you happen to feed him and perform WC on the same day recently?

on the label it says dropsy too. but after 3 days I stopped after seeing no progress and switched to multicure now.
Changing 80% water everyday due to no bio filter.
Not much improvement yet. :(
