3 Operational Modes

1) On

Plugged in with Electrical Supply: Continuous aeration. Battery charging.
No Electrical Supply (e.g. Power Failure): Continuous aeration until battery is flat.

2) Off

Plugged in with Electrical Supply: No aeration. Battery charging.
No Electrical Supply (e.g. Power Failure): No aeration.

3) Pulse

Plugged in with Electrical Supply: Pulsing aeration. Battery charging.
No Electrical Supply (e.g. Power Failure): Pulsing aeration until battery is flat.

Instructions
  1. When charging the battery for the first time, charge until the ‘Charge’ indicator-light turn ‘green’.
  2. As your unit is charging, the ‘Charge’ indicator-light will be ‘red’. The indicator-light will turn ‘green’ when charging is completed.
  3. The air pump can be used while it is being charged without damaging the battery.
  4. In the event that the unit is not in use, the unit must still be charged once every 3 months to prolong the battery life.
  5. To prolong the battery life, it is recommended to switch to the DC mode periodically (twice a month). The DC mode can be activated by removing the power supply cable and switching the unit to ‘ON’.

Hi Ingwe! Yes it is. The max hours is based on pulsing mode which prolongs the battery life.
