Useful (aquatic) photography websites

Hi guys,

Started this thread to provide some useful photography websites so that folks here can use it as a resource.

Links will be included if they are related to the following:

1. Directly related to aquatic photography
2. Direct discussions on specific equipment for macro/fish photography
3. Discussion on techniques useful for aquatic photography

General photography/brand sites (e.g. www.clubsnap.com or www.canon.com) will be omited as these can be found easily from any search engine.

This thread will be locked to prevent off topic discussions.

We welcome contributions to update links on this thread via Private Messaging. Contributors will be acknowledged accordingly. Let's all share and learn together.

Thanks!

Cheers,

Links for Noise Reduction in Digital Photography

Neat Image

Neat Image is a digital filter designed to reduce visible noise and grain in digital photographic images. It is a tool for owners of digital cameras, flatbed and slide scanners; and is for use by both professional photographers, and digital image processing enthusiasts.

Neat Image not only reduces the high ISO noise associated with image sensors (CMOS, CCD) in digital cameras and scanners, it can also reduce the film grain visible in scanned slides and negatives, JPEG artifacts of overcompressed images, and color banding, and at the same time makes images sharper. Neat Image is indispensable in low-light, sport, and action photography.

The Free Demo can be downloaded from the above site. Try it for free!
