Where is the best place to buy? Preferably near arranging and hougang area.

I'll recommend bras basah.. they have those really thick thick ones...

Art friends...
I bought those blue type. Very dense and hard but only available in 422. Just jigsaw puzzle to your requirements....

The blue ones are way better than Styrofoam.
