we know that 6.9 mil is for 2030 although PAP said is worst case scenario but actually planning towards 9 to 10 mil but dun know by when..

I am always wondering they plan the future base on current statistics. How accurate is the present statistics?

An old uncle shared me his wisdom - if SG runs out of luck in future and the neighbouring countries prosper, then the current crop of PRs and investors likely migrate back to their countries. What happens to the properties prices then? :) Lots of empty flats then?
