How long then give birth ? My other female look very fat also.. but no hump on her back. But her bottom belly like bloated.. he was chasing her earlier.. like 2 months ago. He doesnt seem to be interested in her this time round..

Good to hear that...normally they will pop in 3 mths time just feed more and take care of ur water and the pups wil be fine when they arrive.

Bro congrats that your rays are trying to mate.

Do make sure your female is ok. Some times in the process the females may get quite badly injured. If so , she may get stressed, if she is eating its ok how ever if she is not then may want to consider putting a divider till she is better. just maintain good water.

Thanks bro for the advise. Does one of the fish need to flip over to mate successfully?

My rays feed purely on salmon.. wonder if salmon is good enough?
