Prevention of Death of Fry
 
hi guys

im keeping alot of guppies in a 3 x 1.5 x 1.5 tank with 2 OH filters.
got a problem with the fry going into the filter.

any ways to prevent this from happening?

Get those filter inlet sponge

One way is for you to keep the fry into small container and let them grow up in 2-4 weeks before pouring into this bigger tank.

Yah, the worrying part is before I even get them into the small container, all gone already!!!!!

Will go for the filter material , cover the input to the pump

It is okay to experience and learn. The guppies should drop once every 3 weeks if they are active and fertile. :D Sponge Filter is easy to maintain too. Just need to squeeze out the dirt (for me once every two weeks) in the water you intended to drain off from the original tank. :D Happy guppying!

yup. using sponge filter as well. easy maintenance.
