I have a tank leak issue and have to travel soon. Any bros know of any shop that is willing to look after my arowana for a bout a week till I am back.

I think otf does provide such services.
Or how about your approach the shop where you bought your fish?

How about putting in a FGT instead of transporting the fish someplace else? If you are replacing your leaking tank, most of the tank suppliers offer loan of FGT. The fish can fast for weeks no problem.
