Fine and it should be clear to me. Very similar to our country style - with more TV and radio ads, the radio and TV licence fee still stay! :D

the key word is 'excess'.. we generally accept that some chatting is not only unavoidable but beneficial for building friendships on the net.

I would think that this is a gray line and it can depend on whether the mod like your nick anot (kidding, no offence :D).

But I think it is good that the mods are constantly trying to improve the system, if does not work out, they can always screw the infraction thingy right?
