That is a Tetraodon Biocellatus, more commonly known as the Figure 8 Puffer. If you look carefully you'll notice that when viewed from above, there is a number 8 behind their eyes. Max size is about 2.5". They might fight so you must watch them closely.

Feed them snails, ghost shrimps and shellfish.

thanks bro, just bought 1 bag of snails for them and already can see them biting on it already. can they be comm tgt with other fishes?

and i realise there're some slimy things on the snails, transparent with white dots, is there any method to prepare snails before feeding them?

Depends on what fishes you're talking about. Remember these Puffers don't get bigger than 3" so any predatory fishes will be a hazard. I've never heard of such things on snails. You might want to quarantine them and make sure there isn't anything wrong before feeding them to your Puffers. There isn't a way to prepare snails, just throw them in and watch the movie! :D

Are you keeping them in freshwater or brackish water?

May I know which puffers grow the fastest?

Which puffer is suitable to be kept in a 4footer tank?

Your kind advices are greatly appreciated!
Thanks and regards.
