You have to tilt the skimmer to get kopi o skimmate

Did you insert something in between the glass and skimmer to tilt? what is that? I am using 2011 very poor...

At the base of the skimmer I use a piece of plastic (those for holding the perspex divider in luohan tanks) to tilt the skimmer.
