I used a eheim 1026 to drive me weipro 2014 however its a tad too powerful and needs to be tee off to release some pressure.

I think i wld be getting a 2013 instead coz found out tat my height of a 2014 probably wun fit my sump. The max i can go is 25".
Anyway, wat is the flow rate of the Eheim 1026, so wld it be fine if i get something tat is less powerful than a 1026?

Thanks

yes of course you can but take in consideration that alot of china pumps are overrated, they do not perform to specs.

Hi,

I have gotten myself a Weipro 2013 and a Weipro 4000 powerhead, the powerhead has a max flow-rate of 2972L/hr. But, i simply cant fit the U-tube of the skimmer to the powerhead.
Can you or anyone advise me on tat?? Thanks

you have tried using rubber hose?

Hey, tat's is a good idea! I'll try it.... i was thinking perhaps the skimmer came short of some parts. So, not all powerheads can fit exactly?? I'll see i can do. At most, i go back to the shop to ask. Thanks.

Almost all of us uses rubber hose to connect pumps unless the pump is built specially for that equipment.
