Since you have changed water, maintain it that way. Change maybe in 2 days time.

Try to stick to water and salt regimen first for a few days before trying medication. I will also hold off operating the scale for the moment.

You need to know how long has the "cloudy" eye been there for? Vision can certainly be affected when the eye becomes cloudy.
