I have a row of spray bar in my pond, it can chill the pond water to 27 degree C. In raining season, it can chill the water down to as low as 24 degree C. :)

With chiller at the temperature between 22 to 27 degree, the koi tend to eat more and more active.

Depending on how big your pond volume, you may require 1 to 2 chillers of 3 Hp.
