Like what bro roadster mentioned. The fry tends to go for darker object. I also removed the filter and only put the filter after the fry are attached to the parent. U can change to frozen blood worms...

You bought it as a confirmed breeding pair or select the discus from a comm tank.
If select from the comm tank, maybe give them some time to settle down and you observed whether they have paired...
