What u need is greenhouse effect. 23 is no good... gf spawn 18-22. Salmon dies at 23... and aro thrives at 35 even. Get a few plastic corrugated sheets to cover ur pond... they r cheap... get u plus...

Water change regime not strictly maintained... sometimes once a week... most times 3-4 weeks once. Think biggest one will...
