Just basing off the black banding, it would be likely. The colouration does also seem to be slightly faded, which is also typical of Adolfoi. Good chance.

Their differences are probably a lot more than I can explain, but generally, Adolfoi have a much thinner black band over their backs. Their colouration is also slightly more muted and some articles...

Those adolfoi look more like duplicareus with the thick black band on their backs.
