it will have to depend on your bioload. Low - mid bioload. Yes its enough with sufficient water change. if bioload is high, an additional canister will be good.

Yes indeed, i find Fx5 though a very good filter, cannot really pack alot of bio media.. so have to source for other alternative bio filtration. :D
