I keep the crickets in a ~1' guppy tank. Tall enough to prevent them from escaping. Usually, I will take the egg crate and shake the crickets off unless there is too little crickets left.

I think it's more like they don't have the license to sell. From what I know, to sell these frogs, the shops have to get a separate license.
