I used brand like API for any fish, Eiho for...

I used brand like API for any fish, Eiho for puffer.
If it is actively swimming then no much concern, maybe dose a bit as preventive measure.

Probably u can setup a separate tank to monitor...

Probably u can setup a separate tank to monitor it, if it got internal parasite then need medical treatment.
