Why you want to put pandan plant inside?! They are not aquatic plants & I rather not risk with the shrimps as they are more sensitive. Even if you are planning to use pandan as a de-nitrate system....

If for keeping mainly shrimps can put plants like mini riccia(must always trim this), taiwan moss or christmas moss while some narrow/needle leaf java...
