Went to eunos n managed to get 1 box for $4.5 from lfs in the afternoon. Still got 2-3 boxes left. But quality not so good, that's why only take 1 box. U can try there.

yes the algae is green in color, like hair growing on the stem of java fern. Thought mollies will feed on them but not so. Will black out kill the java fern ? There are little green leaflets growing...

Yes, the seller did scan the tag and confirmed the number with that on the cert. The problem may be with the cert, i think.
