One thing I experienced was feeding hikari floating pellet for oranda caused sbp easily. Switching to hikari sinking pellets improved a lot

Bro, you might want to reduce the feeding to once a day to reduce the bioload too... And also instead of 90% wc each week, break it to 25% every other day.. And feed them some peas or some vege...

hi bro, yes i mentioned no window because all the other units in this block put up panel of windows. But for me, i make it an opened concept balcony and i prefer no window... brighter and more airy.....

Your 4x2x2 is reasonable size. So such slow growth is indeed not very normal imho.. The only thing i can think of is water condition...
