Green algae (on tank wall) problem too, but lfs boss recommend a orange color algae eater, which has helped reduced the algae boom (otto doesn't seems to like green algae).
hair and wall algae are easy. hair algae can be taken care by yamato or malayan shrimps. wall algae are harder, don't think you can find something that eats it clean enough. Scrubbing is still required.

The biggest problem is brush algae, nothing seemed to eat it. Needs manual removal. And it keeps appearing once you have it.
