If for keeping mainly shrimps can put plants like mini riccia(must always trim this), taiwan moss or christmas moss while some narrow/needle leaf java fern will look good too with the DW. Remember to stay away from anubias & crypt. as they will release oxalic acid which are harmful to shrimps(or all lifeforms in higher concentration) when the above mention plants gets cut at the leaves, stem & rhizome. Go goodle oxalic acid to find out more.
