Corruption is a form of dishonest or unethical conduct by a person entrusted with a position of authority, often to acquire personal benefit. Corruption may include many activities including bribery and embezzlement, though it may also involve practices that are legal in many countries.
It may not only involve money. If I use my power and demand the break of protocol for personal gains, is that corruption? To me, abuse of power is also a form of corruption (it may not be, in the English language but it is to me).

Helping himself to someone's wife, is that not unethical conduct? Contradicting their own words and the unfair treatment, what does this fall under?

BUT, I'm happy we have a great government. Singapore's good fortune.
