Saw a very nice black cabinet tank with hood @ Pasir Ris Drive 3 , Block 629 void deck . Tankset condition looks good to me , at least 6.5/10 . Tank shd have no leak , cos there was still at least 30mm water level in the tank . Also , the tank base has a layer of white lapis sand .

Those bros who are keen better act fast before its removed the the Town Council .
