This is a RO only unit , a RO/DI unit will fare better imo ,but water wastage wise , no idea. If water passes through DI then to RO , the water wastage will be there in any case , dont think the rejection from RO unit will ever pass the DI unit , since rejection is stated in some RO system not meant for reef system. .
am rather interested now what is the estimated reading for the following ,
Tap water ( water purity abt 300ppm) ------> after DI filter ( ??? ppm )
