Based on the last pic, it is midge. They usually have a feathered head & looks lighter than a mozzie. Their breeding site is in the water filled with sludge or biomass for them to feed on. Their larvae are the `bloodworms' you buy from the stores. These bloodworm are red with haemoglobin so that they need little oxygen as the blood can hold oxygen to survive, unlike their blood sucker cousin larvae.

You have to remove the breeding site. Alternatively, google for Midgex which our company distributes in some LFS, which is safe to use and pose no harm to the fishes or humans.
