From my impression, it might potentially cost close to SGD80 even for regular 4-5" FH (just a ref, don't quote me!), as you'll need a reasonable volume of water.
yes..it would be best to check with the actual transhipper on the exact service fees they charge. somehow mainland just say sg15 per fish without quantifying the size of the fish. other transhipper may charge differently.
