BTW, for those interested in a full time inline dechlorinator, Calgon Singapore can supply a Flowsorb 55G drum canister that will remove chloramine from over 1,000,000 gallons of water.
According to the math, it is much cheaper to install one of these in the long run versus guessing on the dosage of expensive dechlorinator.
Downside is that it is ugly to see in a home setting, and will need to be disguised.
I was speaking to a sales rep a while back. Did not go through with the purchase as I need a pressure vessel type canister that is before the tap (and exposed to water mains pressure). The Flowsorb drum is a low pressure container that is meant to be used after the tap.
