Hi Thor! Thanks for your enquiry and just to check what fish are you keeping?
As the Hydra Nano Plus is only at 300lph flow, it will not be sufficient if you are using the Hydra Nano Plus as the primary filter. The Hydra 20 or Hydra 30 will be a better choice depending on the type of fish and stocking level. If you are using it as supplementary water purifier + surface skimmer, yes it definitely works well with your ohf.
