Dear customers and supporters of GEX Tanks,
We have been notified that there is someone from Malaysia trying to sell fish tanks to LFS passing them off as `made from GEX factory in Indonesia'.
These tanks are uncannily similar in shape and size of GEX tanks, and it comes with different colours. It also comes with a sticker that is very similar to GEX's.
Such passing-off will damage the brand value of GEX and MARINA マリーナand its excellent quality products consumers believe in. We strongly object to any retailers (LFS) to purchase such goods from anyone.
We encourage consumers to take note of the stickers:-

Notice the huge amount of similarities?
So to ensure you are getting the real stuff:-
1) look for GEX logo
2) GEX MARINA マリーナ tanks are come in either black, white or gray trimmings only, no other colours.
3) Question your LFS the name of the supplier of the tanks.
If any of you noticed such tanks or have bought them thinking that they are from GEX, please return them to the LFS you bought from. Please also let us know which LFS is selling.
Any infringement of Trademark Act or passing-off has serious legal implications, including the LFS that sells them. Please discourage anyone you know selling them from doing it.
