Just a feedback, the plastic casing tends to break easily especially after long periods of use of the tanning lamp. Anyway to improve on this?
Hi
It is always a problem using any form of plastic with UV as the radiation eventually breaks down the plastic. The alternative is to use quartz but this is quite fragile and the last thing one wants is the outer tube to break under water. It is also expensive and not easy to get a good fitting/quartz seal in a way that would be aesthetically pleasing in an aquarium.
We do however offer replacement tubes: the C011 (900mm) and C012 (1200mm) prices and availability from your dealer
