i think we are far far away from being the final team .....
one thing abt such a young team is that we will always have problems with
their temperament, composure and consistency.
we will see them buay zai, we will see them get frustrated, we will see them blow hot and cold .....
these will all be part and parcel of rebuilding .....
previously we have a core that knows what winning is all about while we add new players to blend in ....
but now, we dun have any who can lead, we have no leaders
