me used PP too. if you are going to clean an empty tank why not?
just make sure you wash thoroughly. even with very very little residue, it is ok, afterall we use it to treat our fishes.
at least for me. i used it to treat my discus, but at a lower concentration.
for washing tank the concentration is very high.
done it for 2 feet and 3 feet tanks.
