Thanks for all the comments. I've modified the part on Body Straightness as I think the original text is not very clear. Here's the revised text below.

Body Straightness

- Trace a line from fish snout to the middle height at the end of the peduncle, i.e. where the caudal begins
- Locate the point where the dorsal is first attached to the body. Draw an imaginary vertical line and locate the half body height along this vertical line
- Straight body: If this line (snout to middle height at the end of peduncle) passes exactly over the half body height
- Curved body: If this line (as above) passes anywhere below the half body height in the lower half of the body
- Humpback: If this line (as above) touches the lower edge of the peduncle or below
- Flat body: If this line (as above) passes above the half body height
