For the tank that u are using is defiantly big enough to house a pair of res.
Any filter is suitable, turtles are not so particulars to water perimeter , unlike fishes. A basking area with uvb lightings need to be provided for them.
But pls remenber to do regular water change , as res tends to eat a lot.
