Job Description
You will be part of our dynamic Authorisation team in a SG leading bank lending frontline support to merchants and bank customers.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Processing manual request for POS transactions
• Card risk - transaction monitoring
• Reviewing of credit facilities for customers
• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance during key job processing
• Meeting Service Level Agreements standards
Requirements
• Possess GCE 'O' with at least 5 passes (Minimum) and above; Preferably Diploma holders
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills is a must
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to work on a 24hrs rotating shift which include weekend & public holiday is a MUST
• Should be able to cover shift at any time when required (OT pay out good $$)
• Have the tenacity and drive, exemplified by ability to work well under pressure and meet the demands of the job (high pressure)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasker -Able to easily adapt to the different system in use
