I like the overall choice of plants and their general placement. My main worry is that the center seems pretty weak because it seems quite sparse. Perhaps you can try to get more of the same plants and plant them more densely. That way your scape matures faster too. The RTL on the left seems to knock the balance off a little bit. If I were you I will remove that and have more vallis on that side.
Overall a nice idea of a scape.
PS: The fishes seems too many (I think its more of the size issue) and make the tank looks a little "cramp". Perhaps you can get smaller or thinner fishes and let them school nicely around the tank. But if you love these fishes then its your choice.
